Service delivery policy

KiraLog is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service product operated by Coveron Services (SSM 202203316505, business registration CT0115683-K) at 142-21-02 Beacon, Jalan Sungai Pinang, 10150 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. We do not ship physical goods. This document explains how access to the service is delivered and how cancellations are handled.

For payment-gateway and consumer-protection requirements that traditionally refer to a shipping and return policy, this document is the equivalent for our digital service. References to "delivery" mean activation of the digital service; references to "returns" or "exchanges" are handled financially through the Refund policy rather than physical reverse logistics.

1. What you are paying for

Every paid plan grants the account holder a monthly licence to use the KiraLog Telegram bots (@KiraLog_bot, @KiraLog_IN_bot, @KiraLog_OUT_bot), the web dashboard at app.kiralog.com, and KiraLog's tax invoice, receipt, and payment voucher generation, up to the transaction limit of the chosen tier. No physical product, deliverable, or media is shipped.

2. Service activation (delivery)

Once your payment is successfully captured by our payment gateway (Chip, chip-in.asia), service activation is automatic and typically completes within 60 seconds. You will receive:

  • An email confirmation of the payment and the activated tier;
  • An updated transaction quota in your dashboard;
  • Immediate access to any features your new tier unlocks.

If activation has not completed within 30 minutes, please contact help@kiralog.com with your payment reference.

3. Geographic availability

KiraLog is built for Malaysian small and medium businesses. Billing is processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Chip and supports Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch & Go eWallet, and major credit and debit cards. The service is technically reachable from anywhere in the world, but tax invoice numbering, regulatory references, and language defaults are oriented towards Malaysian business use.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Settings → Subscription page in your dashboard. Cancellation:

  • Takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle;
  • Stops all future automatic renewals immediately;
  • Preserves access to paid-tier features until the cycle ends;
  • Does not delete your data — your account moves to the Free tier and your records remain accessible.

5. "Returns" in a digital-service context

Because no physical goods are delivered, traditional return shipping does not apply. Where a payment qualifies for reversal — for example a duplicate charge, an unsuccessful activation, or a refund within the 7-day cooling-off period — the fee is returned to the original payment method via Chip, not by post or courier.

The conditions, eligibility, and timelines for monetary returns are governed by the Refund policy.

6. Data export before cancellation

Before cancelling, you may download a full export of your transactions, customers, tax invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers from the Settings → Export page. The export is provided as CSV and JSON files and is available for download for 7 days. We recommend taking an export so you have a local copy regardless of your subscription status afterwards.

7. Account closure and data retention

If you wish to close your account entirely (rather than just downgrading to Free), contact help@kiralog.com. We will close the account within 5 working days. Tax records are then retained in archive for the 7-year statutory period required by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), after which they are permanently deleted. Personally identifying information may be earlier-deleted on request, subject to those statutory requirements.

8. Service disruptions

If you cannot access the service due to a technical issue on our side — for example a sustained outage of the dashboard or the Telegram bots — contact help@kiralog.com. We acknowledge support requests within 2 working days. Outages of more than 24 continuous hours caused by us may qualify for a prorated credit under the Refund policy.
